Master's degree in Maritime law and has been involved in the field
of international trade for many years. Originally based in South Africa, he has acted as international marketing
manager, in the capacity of which he travelled to such countries as Tanzania, Kenya and Malawi.
He accordingly has a unique understanding of the dynamics involved in international trade in Africa.
His international marketing position has also led to visits to such countries as Italy, Germany and
Canada. He has met with delegations from such places as Denmark,
Romania and Cameroon. He has also been involved in marine surveying, average
adjusting and cargo recoveries. His legal experience and academic

Carl has lived in the Czech Republic
since the year 2000 and has visited most European countries during this period. It is fair to say that he has
a good grasp of the dynamics of the central and eastern European market.
